We are seeking a highly organized Marketing Specialist to drive demand and revenue for specific product lines. You will manage marketing collateral—including pricing, presentations, and datasheets—while supporting sales targets through integrated marketing programs.


Responsibilities in this role:
  • Campaign Execution: Execute integrated marketing plans and support vendor programs (SPIFFs, training).
  • Content & Collateral: Monthly updates to pricing, presentations, and sales collateral.
  • Lead Gen: Develop demand-generation content and work with the web team to optimize lead pages.
  • Sales Support: Analyze win/loss data and collaborate with sales to follow up on marketing initiatives.
  • Data Management: Create targeted customer lists (by budget/funding) and manage the contact database.
What You’ll Bring to the team:
  • Experience: 2–4 years in marketing; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Education experience a plus
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally HubSpot.
  • Communication: Strong writing skills and the ability to present information clearly.
  • Soft Skills: A proactive, multitasking self-starter who excels in fast-paced environments.
